PBS Reno Hires Community Partnership Director
RENO, NV (APR 10, 2025) — PBS Reno is pleased to have hired Samantha Eigenman for the role of Community Partnership Director. Eigenman joined PBS Reno on March 31, 2025.
Eigenman brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, hospitality, business development, and fundraising along with a strong record of achievement in sales execution and relationship marketing expertise to ensure streamlined operations and increased organization profitability. Eigenman most recently served as the Sales Manager at The Reno-Sparks Convention & Visitors Authority, where she negotiated contracts for meetings, trade shows, and ticketed concerts/special events, and solicited local and regional business opportunities.
“I am excited to join PBS Reno and to have the opportunity to work alongside such a mission driven and talented team,” said Eigenman. “I am looking forward to increasing support and awareness for PBS Reno’s classroom outreach, signature and community events, and family engagement.”
In her role as PBS Reno Community Partnership Director, Eigenman will secure funding from businesses and corporations who choose to support Wild Nevada, ARTEFFECTS, and other award-earning local productions from PBS Reno, national PBS programming, along with PBS Reno’s Curiosity Classroom workshop initiative. Curiosity Classroom workshops reach more than 135,000 students in nine school districts in northern and central Nevada and northeastern California each school year with free books, activities, and lessons that align with state educational standards.
