Meetings of the PBS Reno Board of Trustees and its committees are open to the public in accordance with applicable requirements. Meetings are held at PBS Reno's offices located at 1670 N. Virginia St. in Reno, Nevada.

Members of the public are welcome to attend all meetings. In accordance with PBS Reno’s by-laws and state statute, board and committee members who attend by proxy count toward the establishment of a quorum. Members of the public not able to attend meetings in person may request to attend by telephone by obtaining a dial-in number from the station’s business office at 775.600.0555.
