As PBS Reno Social Media Coordinator, Siamundo will maintain and strengthen PBS Reno’s presence on social media platforms by creating engaging content designed to satisfy and entertain existing followers and attract new followers across all platforms. Much of the content will feature behind-the-scenes moments at PBS Reno, exclusive peeks at Wild Nevada, ARTEFFECTS, and other locally-produced programs, special events, exciting promotions, and more.

“I am so thrilled to be joining the PBS Reno team,” said Siamundo. “I've always been passionate about community, storytelling, and creating, and PBS Reno feels like the perfect place for me to explore and lean into those passions while sharing the incredible content that’s already being produced with the world via social media. I’m thankful for how genuine and kind everyone at the station has been already, and I’m excited to bring my skills to the greater mission of PBS Reno.”

Siamundo most recently served as Social Media Community Specialist for KEEN Footwear, for whom she strategized and developed content as a video editor, designer, and on-camera talent. Additionally, Siamundo managed the posting calendar for the official brand social media pages while creating supplementary and strategic copy. She also analyzed and presented KPIs and content analytics for improved understanding of impression and engagement rates to help grow the brand’s audience.

“Isa brings a strong background in social media strategy, community management, and creative storytelling,” said Yunis Cho, PBS Reno Director of Marketing. “She grew her role at KEEN Footwear from intern to Social Media Community Specialist, and her experience makes her a great fit for PBS Reno. We’re excited to have her passion for social media and community-driven storytelling strengthening our connection with audiences.”
