We’re excited to let you know that Artown will be hosting its Inaugural small art | BIG PARTY event this Monday, November 3, 2025, at 5:30 pm. The event takes place at Parlay 6 Brewing Company, located at 1041 South Virginia Street in Midtown Reno, Nevada. Hosted by the Artown Board of Directors and the Artown Directors’ Circle, this event introduces a new and engaging way to showcase exceptional community artists and raise funds for the arts.

Unlike traditional dinners that require sitting through speeches, this event is lively and interactive. Parlay 6 Brewing Company, one of the sponsors, will be closed to the public on November 3rd and is generously covering all event costs. These costs include the venue, beverages, and heavy appetizers. An additional generous contribution from American Wealth Management, another sponsor, ensures that all funds raised will benefit Artown and the artists. small art | BIG PARTY offers an exciting, interactive opportunity to admire and purchase original artwork in a fun, approachable setting at a great price.

Attendees can view and bid on original works, mostly in 8x8” format, featuring various styles and mediums. All pieces will be displayed and available for purchase. Each auction piece has six numbered spots where attendees add their names. Once the spots are filled, a roll of the dice decides who wins the piece. Art is displayed in sections, with bidding closing on a new section every 15 minutes. This gives you time to see everything and try for the pieces you love most. You can add your name to one sheet or to all of them, increasing your chances. If luck is on your side, you may purchase your favorite piece. Since everyone has a chance, just roll the dice and have a good time. Artwork is displayed anonymously, with the artist’s identity revealed only after the auction. Some contributors are new and gaining notoriety, while others already sell art for thousands.

This is a rare opportunity to acquire incredible art at an unseen price point. We hope you’ve already purchased your tickets so you can join us to browse and bid on artwork while enjoying great food, cocktails, music, and the company of fellow art lovers. Once again, Artown’s Inaugural small art | BIG PARTY takes place Monday, November 3rd, at 5:30 pm at Parlay 6 Brewing Company, 1041 South Virginia Street in Midtown

We hope to see you there!
