“At The Illusionist’s Table” Returns to Reno

After sell-out runs in the U.S. and across the globe, “At The Illusionist’s Table” returns to Reno for a limited, one-week engagement from October 13-19, 2025. Presented by Artown as part of our 2025 Encore Series and hosted by world-renowned illusionist and mentalist Scott Silven. Each of these magical nights will feature one performance for 24 guests. Famed illusionist Scott Silven has hosted many evenings of “At The Illusionist’s Table,” which features gourmet dining, fine wine, whisky-tasting, and storytelling, which is expertly interwoven with mind-bending illusion and inexplicable feats of mentalism. Candles flicker, whisky pours, and conversation stirs, and before the night is over, you’ll witness the impossible and have a front row seat to mind-boggling mysteries, telepathy, and the spectacular reveal of a secret thought.

Each evening, Scott will lead you through fascinating conversation and spellbinding tales of his family and homeland of Scotland. He will perform astonishing illusions under a sophisticated and elegant backdrop of select wines and premium whiskeys. This experience is consummately paired with a delectable culinary feast. We’re excited to say it will be curated and artfully prepared by Reno’s own Mark Estee, chef, owner, and operator of Liberty Food and Wine Exchange and several other fine northern Nevada restaurants. Silven both fascinates and charms as he nimbly brings his guests together. This shared, sensory indulgence and his mystifying illusions create a unique experience.

Called “the best dinner party you will ever attend,” performances are set at one elaborate table. This format allows Silven to accelerate conversations and connections between guests. You will be taken on a mind-bending adventure where illusion, your thoughts, and the thoughts of others come together. The result is a truly outstanding evening.
